The Special Transportation Fund service provides wheelchair accessible, origin to destination transportation for Benton County residents who are:
- Individuals 60 years of age and over
- People of all ages with disabilities who are unable to access fixed route bus service or personal transportation in their area
The criteria for determining disability eligibility for STF Dial-a-Bus services is similar to those used by the Corvallis Transit System’s (CTS) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service.
This service is provided under contract by Benton County Dial-a-Bus, a community non-profit agency.
Requesting a Ride
Service Requests must be made directly to Benton County’s contractor Dial-A-Bus at 541-752-2615 (voice and local TDD/TTY Calls)
For Benton County Transportation passengers who may have hearing impairment, are deaf or speech-impaired and need to make a reservation, please use our free Oregon TTY Relay Service by calling 1-800-735-2900. Let the TTY operator know the Dial-a-Bus number you wish to call. A TTY device on your computer or phone is required to utilize this service. Services are also available in Spanish. Office hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
You may request a ride 1 – 7 days in advance. Requests for Saturday and Sunday rides must be made between Monday and Friday. Rides are provided first-come, first-served, on a reservation, shared-ride basis. Exact addresses, appointment times and pick up times are needed to make a reservation.
Please note: Because of the limited capacity of the service, not all rides that are requested can be provided. Some non-standard sized mobility devices may not be able to be accommodated.
If you need wheelchair accommodations or will be accompanied by an attendant or companion, please notify us when reserving your ride.
A home visit is available to help you learn more about the program. We will help you set up your first appointment, answer any questions you may have about your ride and make sure you are comfortable using our service to get around town.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturdays 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Sundays 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Corvallis ADA Service hours:
Monday through Friday 6:15 am – 9:15 pm
Saturdays 7:15 am – 8:15 pm
Fares are based on one-way trips. Passengers must be pre-approved for Special Transportation and/or CTS ADA eligibility. Fares are billed to clients on a monthly basis.
- Zone 1 — Corvallis city limits
- Zone 2 — Area around Corvallis, Lewisburg, Philomath, and Kiger Island Road
- Zone 3 — Adair Village, North Albany, and Wren and surrounding areas
- Zone 4 — Alsea, Bellfountain, Blodgett, Kings Valley, Lobster Valley, Monroe, and Summit
Holiday Service Restrictions: The Dial-a-Bus service does not operate on New Year’s Day; Easter; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; or Christmas Day.
Weather Closures: Dial-a-Bus follows Corvallis 509J School District weather closure guidelines. During inclement weather, listen to local radio stations for information on Corvallis school closures.
