Sunset Empire Transportation District (SETD), based in Astoria, Oregon, is seeking applications to fill a full-time Lot Attendant position.  This position will primarily keep all District vehicles and shelters clean.  Assist with buildings and grounds maintenance and the Mechanic/Maintenance Tech at various times.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, or equivalent.  One year of related experience is helpful.  Must possess a driver’s license Class C.

The Area

Astoria is in Clatsop County where the Pacific Ocean meets the mighty Columbia River.  The area is rich in its natural beauty and a destination spot for people from all over the world.    There are many historical aspects to the area including being located at the end of the Lewis & Clark trail.
